Piece Name Notation (PNN)
Piece Name Notation (PNN) is the smallest piece notation of the Sashité ecosystem: one ASCII letter that names a Piece. The letter, read case-insensitively, is the Piece Name; its case is the Piece Side (uppercase first, lowercase second).
PNN is the primitive that PIN frames with a state modifier and a terminal marker, that EPIN extends with a derivation marker, and that QPI qualifies with a Style. Which letter names which Piece is a convention of each Rule System, not part of PNN.
