Droppable Reserve Operations Placement (DROP)
Droppable Reserve Operations Placement (DROP) is a standardized format for representing piece reserve locations in board games where captured pieces can be held and later placed (dropped/parachuted) back onto the board. It complements Coordinate Encoding for Layered Locations (CELL) by providing unambiguous identification of off-board reserve areas.
